Modular Liquid Screed

Modular liquid flowing screeds are used to install over dovetail steel decking either Lewis decking or a similar design. 

The modular units are usually prefabricated in a factory and bolted together on site at a later date.

The depth of the screed can vary from 40mm to 75mm depending on the loading, joist spacing and use of underfloor heating.

If the building is maintained at 20 Degrees C based on 50mm depth the floor will reach 60% RH at 28 days.
